Christina M. Vittiglio was born and raised in Queens, New York, home to the largest immigrant population in New York City, where she still resides today with her husband and two children. Christina attended Pace Law School in White Plains, New York where she dedicated herself to studying and maintaining her position on the Dean's list each semester and becoming a Dean Scholar for her favorite professor. In 2016, Christina graduated Pace Law school cum laude. During her time in law school, she interned for non for profits that assisted victims of domestic violence with obtaining legal assistance filing emergency orders of protection, custody, and ultimately divorces from their abusers. This is where she developed her love and devotion for helping people who were suffering from difficult circumstances.

After graduation, Christina began working in Immigration Law, defending immigrants from deportation within the Immigration Courts in New York City, compassionately advocating for her clients. She represented hundreds of clients before the Immigration courts with applications such as, Asylum and Cancellation of Removal, among other relief. During her time as a young attorney, she navigated her way through the complex "Crimmigration" laws which can be a major obstacle for some immigrants who have criminal convictions. Today she consults on criminal cases, advising defense attorneys on immigration-safe pleas that their clients can avail themselves to without triggering immigration consequences.

In addition to deportation defense, Christina represents clients before USCIS with Family Petitions, Green Card applications, I-601A waivers, I-601 waivers, VAWA applications for abused spouses and parents of U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents, and Naturalization.
